New Honey Bee ‘Plus’ front exceeds owner’s expectation…
“Beyond our expectations!” Was the positive response from South Australian grower Charles Koch when asked how his new Honey Bee ‘Plus’ harvester front had performed over harvest.
Charles farms 20,000 acres that straddles the SA/VIC border north east of Frances and had purchased a Honey Bee 42 foot ‘Plus’ harvester front in November 2008. He has the front fitted to a John Deere 9870 STS harvester and has worked it in cereals (wheat, barley and oats) beans and white clover during the harvest.

The system has been designed by engineers familiar with proper agricultural crop management practices and incorporates unique set-up and operating features that reduce costly grain handling down time and man hours.
The RENN GRAIN BAGGER, available in 10' (RGB10) and 12' (RGB12), is designed to offer a combination of conveyor filling and/or surge hopper filling. Solidly constructed, the Grain Bagger is faster, heavier and larger in capacity than anything on the market today. Bag hook-up is fast and easy thanks to the RENN bag boom and bag cradle system. The respective 16" or 20" diameter direct drive 540 RPM makes quick work of moving grain. In a class by itself, the RENN grain bagger efficiently transfers grain to the protective environment of the all weather plastic bag. Any volume, any place! When you are done, a simple tie-off process gives you a sealed storage environment for your valuable commodities.
