The RENN "GRAIN BAG MANAGEMENT" UNLOADER,

...with a 14 inch discharge auger unloads 9ft to 12ft diameter bags. Imagine an unloading capacity of 100 bushels per minute or 2.7 tonnes per minute. The RENN UNLOADER is the final piece to the RENN STORAGE SOLUTION. This unloader manages the used plastic after the bag is empty saving you the time and trouble of gathering up large quantities of unrolled plastic off of the ground.



The RENN continuous flow unloading system effortlessly draws the RENN Unloader into the grain bag using the RENN hydraulic ratchet.



The bag being emptied is lifted off the ground, cut in half, and then drawn thru the folding mechanism and onto the unique set of collection spools. These spools allow for the removal of plastic whenever the spool is deemed proper based on size and weight without having to disconnect from the grain bag. The used plastic is now in a manageable form and ready for recycling. The RENN unloading system virtually eliminates any need to handle the used plastic a second time between unloading and disposal.
